Antonin Oudar is an Assistant Engineer in the unit.
A specialist in molecular biology, he develops and implements molecular and cellular biology approaches, including cell line culture and co-culture systems, qPCR, Western blotting, as well as genetic engineering tools such as lentiviral systems and CRISPR-Cas9.
His work focuses on the role of β-catenin in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, particularly in the interactions between tumor cells and their microenvironment. He is especially interested in the identification of transcriptional targets and their involvement in processes such as cell adhesion and proliferation.
He is also involved in the management and organization of BSL-2 laboratory facilities, as well as providing technical support to research teams.
