UMRS 1349 at Sorbonne Paris Nord University

Dominique Ledoux is a Professor of Molecular Biology at Sorbonne Paris-Nord University (USPN) in the 64th section of the National University Council (CNU). He teaches molecular biology and cell signaling in the third year of the Bachelor’s program (Licence Sciences de la vie) and in both years of the Master’s program (“Thérapies et technologies du vivant”, T2V) at USPN.

His research focuses on the study of the microenvironment in lymphoid hematological disorders such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). More specifically, he is interested in the impact of B-cell receptor (BCR) stimulation on tumor cells and its correlation with disease progression, as well as the molecular dialogue between stromal cells and tumor cells, particularly using co-culture models.

In terms of teaching and administrative responsibilities, Dominique Ledoux served as director of the T2V Master’s program (2004–2018), Vice president for research at the university (2014–2016), and director of the university’s doctoral school “Sciences, Technologies, Santé-Galilée” (2016–2020).
