Stephanie Le Coquil
Research Assistant
Stéphanie Le Coquil is a biological engineering assistant at UMR U1349, which she joined when it was founded in 2009. Drawing on experience gained since 2004 in a university hospital setting, she applies her expertise to the functional and molecular analysis of leukemic cells.
She manages the biological sample workflow, from collection to processing by various members of the unit, and contributes to the collection of certain blood parameters and associated baseline data. Her skills include biochemistry as well as cellular and molecular biology techniques (cell viability assays, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, subcellular fractionation, flow cytometry, CRISPR-Cas9).
Actively involved in the laboratory’s operations, Stéphanie Le Coquil participates in collective organization, the management of material resources, and the implementation of best practices, thereby providing essential technical support for the unit’s research activities.
