Characterization of endosomal trafficking and BCR activation in leukemic B lymphocytes. PI (2024-2030, grant USPN), collaboration with L. Saveanu (CRI)

The molecular mechanisms underlying BCR signaling, particularly endocytosis and endosomal trafficking in B-cells from CLL or MCL, remain largely unknown. The main objective of this project is to characterize vesicular endosomes in three areas: 1) trafficking and recycling, 2) BCR signaling, and 3) antigen presentation from B cell lines, healthy donnor B cells, and ex vivo B-CLL cells. The project is conducted in collaboration with teams from Labex Infibrex (Loredana Saveanu and Ulrich Blank at the Center for Inflammation Research, Bichat Faculty of Medicine, INSERM U1149).
