Multimodal Artificial intelligence/Machine Learning and Ontology-Based Predictive Models for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia: MIAMO-LLC (Multimodal Modeling of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. PI (grant Infibrex Labex, 2024 - to date).

The aim of this pluridisciplinary project is to explore multimodal data patterns of disease outcomes, progression and treatment response of patients with CLL, as well as get insights into the heterogeneity of the disease. This study integrates anthropometric, clinical, paraclinical and genetic data (real-world data, Avicenne Hospital, APHP, Bobigny, France) with experimental data (functional, omic, and metabolic data) issued from projects of our laboratory within the CLL-SIMHEL-APHP biobank, to develop prognostic algorithms for tailored patient care. The project is conducted in collaboration with clinicians and biologists from Avicenne Hospital (APHP) and computer research groups from LAGA, EREN, LIMICS, LIPN at Sorbonne Paris Nord University and Malaga University.
